~Cover and wait 30-35 mins~

Then simply follow your normal cleansing routine!!!

I know there are a million mixtures out there but this is what I use, and this is why…

Yogurt Benefits:

Yogurt is associated with the term “probiotics”, which means “that which supports and is for life”! Yogurt is a dairy product that is obtained by fermenting milk. This fermentation uses bacteria to transform milk which is a liquid into yogurt which is semi-solid in nature. Yogurt is a proven treasure-trove of enriching elements like zinc, calcium, lactic acid, Vitamins B1, B2, B-6 and B-12, protein, and yeast. It holds rich deposits of friendly bacteria that boost overall health as well as that of the hair and skin. Yogurt has many healthy enzymes and adds natural oils to the skin, which is great for the scalp.

Honey Benefits:

Honey has been used throughout history for maladies of many types and is used in a variety of ways. It has healing effects on wounds and infections, and is also considered an antioxidant. Honey is an effective treatment for burns, but when it comes to your hair, it is very restorative in nature. As a natural healthy means of hair restoration, honey can be used for thinning or falling-out hair, baldness and for adding shine to dull hair it also blocks against humidity!

Almond Oil Benefits:

Almond oil is a rich source of Vitamin E, Vitamin D and has potassium, magnesium and calcium. Almond oil also contains three essential fats. Mono-unsaturated Oleic Acid is an Omega-9 fat. The almond contains about 78% of this fat. Almond oil also contains Omega-6 oil and Omega-3 essential fatty acids.  The nutrients in almond oil make it an ideal solution to many hair problems and to maintain healthy hair. The combination of fats and fatty acids in almond oil softens, strengthens and nourishes the hair. Almond oil has been recommended as a hair growth agent for centuries. Almond oil is often used in people who have issues with hair loss or breakage. An almond oil scalp scrub has also been used for hair loss and breakage. With the benefits of Vitamin E and potassium, almond oil helps with hair fall out and breakage as a natural hair loss treatment. In the event of dry scalp, almond oil nourishes and moisturizes the scalp, and removes the flakiness. When hair has breakage, the cuticles are rough and split ends are evident. Almond oil smooths the hair cuticles, thus giving a healthier appearance to hair.

As you can see there are more powerful agents in these three ingredients than meets the eyes…try it out and tell me how it works for you!!!
