I hope everyone had an amazingly chic 2017! As we await to see what fashion trends 2018 will bring us, let’s chat about the fashion trends from last year we’ll continue to rock. Cause let’s face it, there are some fashion pieces that are too good to be pushed to the back of the closet.

I must be the only fashionista who does not own a pair of white boots. Will the fashion society ban me? It doesn’t fit my personal style aesthetic; however, I love the way so many other style bloggers and celebrities have been rocking this trend. You will see white boots in 2018, so if you are a fan, don’t pack them away just yet!
Shining Shining Shining Y’all
In my best Beyoncé singing voice, sequins and all the Kira Kira bling will continue into 2018! And contrary to popular belief, it is not just for the holiday season. I personally wear sequins through-out the entire year; dressed up for a formal evening or dressed down with trousers.
Updated Trench Coat
A trench coat has been dubbed a wardrobe staple for years, however, in the new year we will see the trench in new colors and silhouettes. An outerwear piece like the trench, can take a basic tee and jeans look to super chic in seconds.

Bold prints like florals will transition into 2018, but it’s understated cousin plaid will also be making an appearance. Plaid is one of those prints that every woman can wear, from the corporate 9-5er to the over the top print clasher.
