Ingredients:

I get all of my natural ingredients From Nature With Love they have everything you can imagine at great prices, great customer service and best of all great quality!!!

1.5 cups of Dead Sea Salt – I used Dead Sea Salt because it is rich in minerals and is known for it’s calming and detoxing abilities.  Epsom Salt works well too.

1.5 cups of Fine Himalayan Pink Salt – Fine Himalayan Pink Salt was used for the similar benefits that Dead Sea Salt offer, but also to have a variety in texture and color…pretty always makes me feel better!

1 Tablespoon of Blackberry Seeds – Blackberry Seeds are another form of exfoliation and they add that extra dash of color.  Your options are endless when adding other forms of exfoliation… so get creative and explore all your possibilities!

Oil Mix:

11 oz Carrier oil I used Apricot Kernel Oil – I picked Apricot Kernel Oil because it absorbs easily and is light weight but very effective.

1 Tablespoon Vegetable Glycerin – Glycerin helps to pull moisture from the air into your skin, also great for hair!

1 Tablespoon Vitamin E oil – This vitamin is a wonderful antioxidant with a long list of benefits, vitamin E will also extend the self life of your oils!!!

2 Tablespoon E.O or Fragrance Oil I used Coconut and Papaya – You can pick whatever scent you like or omit it all together.
