In honor of my 1 year anniversary I figured my look of the day should be my wedding dress!!!
The look…
I went with an Ivory Satin Strapless Mermaid dress (Davids Bridal). Out of all the dresses I tried on this one was my favorite…it screamed classy and elegant, understated but beautiful, simply me.
The details…
My theme at my wedding was timeless vintage. My dress was very simple yet elegant. The details lay in the heavy ruffle back and the beautifully rhinestone and pearl detailed bodice.
The Jewelery and shoes…
My earrings are a gift from my mother-in-law (something new). My shoes (Nina) are a spiting image of the back detail on my dress (DSW).
The Hair…
Seeing that I wanted timeless I went with a very vintage up-do. Valerie did an incredible job on this look not only did she craft my hair for the day..she also highlighted and low lighted my hair. For the wedding I did a traditional veil that was removed and a fresh gardenia was added…gardenia are my favorite floral.
