I wanted to continue the discussion on racism. Last week I shared a list of 30 books to help understand the impact of racism but most of those books were geared towards adults. This time around I wanted to provide a list of anti-racism books for children. As adults, we have to realize that children are never too young to learn about what racism is, the history of it, how to recognize it, and the importance of calling it out. You will find this list is comprised of books for children as young as five and goes up to young adults.
