Since as far back as we can remember, women have been obsessed with the thought of shoes.  And Sarah Jessica Parker (Carrie from the infamous show Sex in the City) made matters worse for the millions of women all around America. Shoes for some women are just like Sunday football and pizza for a lot men. Pumps, wedges, sandals, and stilettos are seen as an extension of a woman’s fierceness. Sometimes we don’t have to say a word or entertain an argument, simply step inside the room in a four-inch never seen before, sharp stiletto… and the battle has already been won!  Today I’m sharing a bit of my winter booties fetish.

These beautiful booties by Manolo Blahnick are a work of art. The multi colored pumps can be adorned with a turtle neck, a beanie and a pair of boyfriend jeans, or even a mustard yellow a-line dress. The possibilities are endless!

The Bionda Castana Roisin lace up ankle boots are to die for.  They could actually walk into work on their own and get the job done. These booties will pair great with an army fatigue jacket, men’s hat, black leather leggings and fitted black top with a stone lip color carried by M.A.C.

Zara hit the jackpot by offering black leather ankle boots with a gold metallic piece on the heel. It has a pointed finish and zips in the rear. A gold metallic leather jacket would set this outfit off or a white tee, distressed jeans, black leather biker jacket and oversized shades would do the trick. Oh by the way these boots are on clearance for $59.99.

What I love about these styles are that they can be dressed up or dressed down.  Could you see yourself rocking one of these styles?  What’s your favorite winter booties fetish?
